Freaked out when my toilet shut-off valve system started to flood my bathroom. I wrapped the system in a giant trash bag when the shut-off valve did not shut off the steady and increased flow of water. I could not sleep or leave for work for fear of it getting worse as I piled towels as a backup. I called Payless 4 Plumbing as an emergency this morning, and in a few short hours they came to my house, gave me a fair rough quote, and were even able to fix it on the spot after fair warning that my old house with old pipes with more expansive other known plumbing needs (to be addressed another day at my request) might lead into a bigger struggle as they started taking parts off old pipes... But YEAH! They were able to fix it for the basic quote in less than an hour and I am so happy... Worth every penny and my peace of mind... Rick & Elmer saved the day! I will sleep peacefully tonight.
